Yes, two posts in one day! I could have lumped this in with everything else but wanted to highlight it and so am doing a separate post.
Our dear friend Jenny Weed is organizing a (rather large at this point) group of friends to take part in the 5k walk to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer (hey, that's the kind I have!). If you would like to participate in the walk, it's on Sunday, April 10 in East Lansing. Email me or Jenny for additional details. Obviously, not everyone is going to be able to travel to participate but as soon as we get the donations aspect worked out I will let you know how you can support the cause with some cash.
I will not be participating in the walk itself (I can barely make it around the block let alone go for 5k) but will be there to cheer everyone on.
